  Owning a business for 28 years, raising 4 children and enjoying off roading on weekends, insurance is a necessity. I've never thought much about going to one agent opposed to another. We just figured they all did the same thing. Until we switched from Allstate to American Family. Wow what a difference. Our agent Jared Gibbs @American Family is everything you look for when dealing with any company. He's very professional, honest and has a heart of gold. He really cares about his customers not just the money. This young man has gone above and beyond to make sure we're getting the best coverage possible for the best price. He called to let me know he'd reviewed our policy and was able to save us $103 a month without making any changes. I've never had anyone reduce a rate I was already paying unless I threatened to cancel. I highly recommend giving Jared Gibbs a call. You won't be disappointed. He's been exccptional in every way!!
