  My home (that I own) was recently appraised by Camelot Appraisals. The first appraisal was under market value, but the second appraisal (it is still unclear as to why there was a second "field" appraisal) was another $10,000 under that. Not to mention, the second appraisal appeared four days before we were scheduled to close. The second appraiser did not come to the house and ignored higher comps for lower comps. There were two houses within about a mile of mine. One was also completely remodeled with a pool (looked very much like mine). The second was nice, but not completely remodeled and didn't have a pool. My house was valued significantly lower than the similar comp and less than the house that was not comparable. There are plenty of houses in the neighborhood that are not upgraded that are selling for a higher price per square foot than mine. I am pursuing a complaint and potential legal action, but I would strongly suggest that you avoid this company if at all possible. My sale may fall through because of this and it has caused a significant amount of extra work on the part of all parties.
